Wonderful overall.
Positive: Communication, location and cleanliness.
Negative: More paper towels and toilet paper. We had to buy some. Gas grill is on its last legs.

Looking forward to booking next year !
Positive: Plenty of information about checking In and very easy to work with, perfect location as it’s just minutes from the beach. The Minted Mermaid was furnished with plenty of amenities and there wasn’t anything I needed that was not already available

Great place
We have rented here multiple times. Location is good and the property is well maintained with everything you need for a short vacation stay.
