Nice property, good value. Positive: The unit was in great condition with all the amenities listed. Drip and Keurig coffee options with coffee to get you started. Nice selection of dry spices (bring your own salt&pepper and cooking oil). Paper towels provided. The property was very well kept, clean and nice landscaping. There was always available parking in the covered area in the shade. Owner was very responsive, made sure everything was ok. Maintenance personnel responded quickly when we reported we couldn't open the freezer drawer. Pool towels were available so didn't use ours and have to dry before packing for home. Overall very comfortable and cozy. Negative: I might pick a different location next time due to the proximity of the unit/balcony to the busy intersection. The queen bed barely fit in the bedroom with one side against the wall. We had to move the bed over a few inches for my husband to get in and out (and not over me). Otherwise, it was a very comfortable bed. We had to be careful in the tub since it was very slick (needs a bath mat). But we found the bathmat on the last day when packing (it is pushed to the far back of the vanity cabinet where we could not see it). Otherwise, all was ok.
