Spa Services

The on-site Village Spa offers immediate relaxation! Their services include facials, massage therapy, body treatments, mayan rituals, nail/ hair care and waxing. The moment you step foot in one of the spa areas, you will immediately feel relaxed and at peace. Included are hot and warm jacuzzis, Swiss showers, 9 treatment cabins (2 for couples), luxurious robes and sandals, mixed gender wet areas, a steam room, jacuzzis, luxury changing rooms with lockers and of course refreshing drinks. This is one of the many things that will make this vacation so memorable!

 

Beach fun!

Villa del Palmar- Cancun offers activities such as snorkeling, paddle boarding, kayaking, beach volleyball, bocce ball, photo shoots and more! You can join in on the fun and soak in some rays! Water volleyball, bingo and horseshoe tournaments are also offered.
The Caribbean Sea is renowned for being one of the most spectacular places for snorkeling and diving. Why not explore the marine life by borrowing snorkel gear and taking a look for yourself! Snorkel equipment is available for you to borrow for free throughout your stay from 10.30am until 4.00pm. Life jackets provided
Even take part in mini tournaments with enough participants! These activities are held at certain times of the week and will be detailed on the weekly activities sheet provided to you at check in!
While the volleyball nets are up for most of the day for you to play with your friends according to your own schedule, you can also join in a friendly game held each day by the activities team. You will see how to hit the ball without hurting your wrists and reminded of the beach volleyball rules before engaging in a fun match against other Villa del Palmar Cancun guests. Guests aged over 15 years old may use the volleyball equipment at their leisure while specialized workshops are run twice a week for children.

 

Lounge by the Pools

The pools at Villa del Palmar are surrounded by lush vegetation and have plenty of lounge chairs and cabanas to relax the day away! 4 hot tubs accompany the pools and there is even a kids pool to keep them busy and having fun!

The friendly staff will come by to make sure your drinks are plentiful so you don’t have to lift a finger. Just sit back and relax in absolute paradise!

Activities for the Kiddos and Kids Club

Kids Club will ensure that your children are safe and creatively occupied while you take some quality time to relax by the pool or enjoy a spa treatment. Fully trained and enthusiastic members of the Kids Club team await you and your young ones aged 4 to 10 years old from 9am to 5pm daily, absolutely free!

Children under 4 are welcome by hiring the paid nannie service ($15 USD per hour, max. 2 children).

The Kids Club is located next to the specially appointed kids’ pool and splash pads. The Kids Club is fully equipped with games, soft furnishings, craft materials, sandpit, books, interactive computer games, movies and more. The fully air-conditioned custom built building allows your young children to relax out of the sunshine during the heat of the day and provides a safe haven for creative playtime and socializing. For your peace of mind, the installations also have security cameras.
Designated Kids Pool and Splash Pad!!- At Villa del Palmar, kids will LOVE the pool and splash pad made especially for them!

 
Daily Kids Games – The Kids Club and the activities team have a number of interactive and energetic games to keep your children happy and entertained. From musical chairs and pin the tail on the donkey to skittles and board games, there is no end to old fashioned fun at the Kids Club in addition to educational computer games and interactive DVDs.
Fun on the Beach! – This creative and interactive activity is a favorite with children. Your kids will get to choose from a variety of animals, superheroes and Disney characters for their face painting. Older children may wish to try their hand at painting their own faces or the face of a sibling or friend.
Fun on the Beach With Sandcastles!! The Kids Club leader or a member of the activities team staff will take your children to a safe, limited area on the beach to build sandcastles, finding shells to decorate them.
Parents are encouraged to join their children near the end of the activity to take photographs of the sandcastles.

Nawal Kan: Energy of Love Ritual- A sensual couple’s wrap and massage that references the wisdom and blessings of the ancient Mayan culture. This couple’s experience will transport you to the realms of romance, comfort and relaxation. Taking place within an ambiance filled with the light fragrance of natural essences, the ritual begins with a champagne body scrub followed by a cacao body wrap to hydrate your skin, finishing with a relaxing massage. This ritual is set to transport you to a higher plane where you, your partner and infinite harmony become one.

 

The Noche Romantic (Romantic Night)- This spa package is a special relaxing activity for couples to enjoy during their stay that includes a massage of your choice, followed by a bottle of sparkling wine and chocolate dipped strawberries. You are advised to arrive an hour before your massage reservation to enjoy the hydrotherapy areas together, taking time to shower, enjoy the steam room and three-stage Jacuzzi circuit.
Once you are both completely relaxed, you will be invited to the couple’s therapy room, where you will enjoy a massage together delivered by two therapists. You can select from any of the massage treatments, choosing either 50 minutes or 80 minutes for your massage, although it is recommended that you both opt for the same service for even greater harmony.

 

Lovers Photo Shoot – Villa del Palmar Cancun lends itself to stunning photograph opportunities with a white sandy beach that contrasts the brilliant turquoise water of the Caribbean and a picturesque pier where you can take photographs as though you are floating out to sea. Dancing Lessons, Tequila Tastings and more!

Cooking Lessons! – Just imagine learning how to roll sushi, prepare ceviche or learn a traditional Mexican dish, amongst other recipes, all while you are relaxed on vacation. Our pastry chef will also join the team of chefs once a week to give a dessert class.
During the cooking class you will be guided through the ingredients necessary to carry out the recipe and shown the method for preparing and cooking the dish. The highlight of the class is, of course, when you get to taste the final product! Yum yum!
All the cooking classes take place within the cool air conditioning of Caprichos restaurant and are included in the resort’s complimentary program of activities. Those wishing to cook will need to make a prior reservation with the activities team, while spectators can simply turn up and watch. See the activities timetable when you arrive to check which chefs will be hosting a cooking class during your stay and get chopping!
Spanish Lessons! – 
Uno, dos, tres! How long do you think it will take for you to learn some of the lingo? Enjoy our fun interactive Spanish class where you will learn the basics and essentials (like ordering a margarita or beer!) so you can impress your friends and add another talent to your bow.
By the end of the class you should be able to recognize how to order food, ask the price, greet people and ask the time in Spanish.
Tequila Tasting- There is much more to savoring tequila than drinking shots with salt and lemon, so why not discover what there is to know about the different tequilas. Learn how to distinguish tequila from its aroma, color and flavor, and find out what the difference is between white (silver), reposado (rested) and añejo (aged) tequila.
During this informative tequila tasting session with an expert, you will also learn how to match your tequila choice with your meals and know which tequila to sip, which to mix and which to shoot with lemon and salt!
Dancing Lessons- There is so much fun to be had dancing at Villa del Palmar Cancun, so why not learn some sexy latin moves in our dance classes and show off your talents at the beach party held every week.
Salsa and Zumba classes await your arrival with enthusiastic and sassy dance teachers to get your hips, legs and arms moving to the tropical beats.

 

Fitness in paradise!

Yoga – Imagine taking a yoga class as the waves lap upon the sand in the distance and the Caribbean sea frames the silhouette of the yoga instructor. Every other day at Villa del Palmar Cancun you can perform your sun salutations as the sun begins to rise overhead on La Casona’s beachfront terrace, guided by a motivational instructor.
We provide mats, towels and props, so all you have to do is come along ready to merge your mind, body and spirit to start the day yogi-style.
Swimnastics! – 
With all the delicious food available at Villa del Palmar Cancun, you will be glad to hear that we host aqua-aerobic classes in the main pool to help keep your waistline in shape. Our energetic instructor will ensure that your blood is kept pumping and your muscles keep moving to the sound of music.

Mexican Night! 
Prepare to be impressed by a night of foot-tapping dancing and latin charm with our Mexican theme night. Watch an array of colorful dresses and traditional Mexican costumes grace the stage as you witness the history of Mexican folklore dancing unfold before your eyes. Music from the Mexican repertoire will accompany the dancing as you take a step back in time to Mexico’s colonial heritage.
All guests are invited to watch the Mexican Show for free while all inclusive guests can also enjoy a buffet meal offering typical Mexican dishes. European plan guests may pay for the buffet dinner separately.
Mayan Prehispanic Show- The sound of the conch shell calling the four corners of the cosmos marks the start of this spectacular Mayan show where professional Mayan Danzantes perform an incredible spectacle on site at Villa del Palmar Cancun. The Mayan Show is a colorful display of ancient ceremonial dancing, which tells the story of the Mayan “cosmovision” and our place in the world. Spectacular costumes and feathered headpieces accompany the performance for a stunning evening of entertainment.
